| 摘 要： | 以辣椒花药培养的单倍体植株和种子来源的植株为试材，研究两者之间叶片气孔保卫细胞外围周长值的差异。结果表明：单倍体植株与二倍体种子来源植株之间叶片气孔保卫细胞外围周长值的差异极显著，周长值小于103．3μm的为单倍体，大于103．3μm的为二倍体。并且两者在第5片叶中不同部位的气孔保卫细胞外围周长值较稳定，可将其作为鉴定辣椒植株倍性的辅助指标。 |
