| 摘 要： | 研究艾维茵肉种母鸡骨骼、肌肉、脂肪等组织的生长发育规律。选用3周龄艾维茵父母代母鸡72只,按照品种手册进行常规饲养管理。分别于第5、79、、11、131、51、71、92、12、3、252、8周龄随机选取6只进行屠宰解剖,测定骨骼、肌肉、脂肪等多项指标。结果表明:骨骼、肌肉、脂肪等组织的生长发育均符合Logistic模型,拟合度在0.95以上;25周龄前骨骼、肌肉、脂肪的生长发育不平衡,首先发育的是骨骼,其次是肌肉,最后是脂肪,28周龄后各组织的发育基本趋于平衡。

| Abstract: | The growth and development law of skeleton,muscle and fat in female Avian broiler breeder was studied.A total of 72 breeders(3 wks old) were reared from 5 to 28 wks of age.Pullets were slaughtered to measure skeleton,muscle and fat index at the 5th,7th,9th,11th,13th,15th,17th,19th,21st,23rd,25th and 28th wk of age.The results were as follows:the growth and development law of skeleton,muscle and fat could be fitted very well to logistic model and R2 all exceed 0.95;and the growth and development Law of skeleton,muscle and fat in breeder was not balanced before the 25th wk of age.The sequence of their growth was skeleton,muscle and fat.After the 28th wk of age the growth and development of tissues achieved a balance. |
