| Abstract: | In order to increase the productivity of a block seedling transplanter, a new type block seedling transplanter with belt feeding mechanism was designed, fabricated and tested in the fields. Based on the theoretical analysis and experimental study, the optimal feeding and planting parameters for corn and cotton seedlings were determined. The machine productivity obtained is 84 seedlings per minute per row with the spacing acceptance rate 95%, planting acceptance rate 90 5% and seedling injuring rate 0. |
