摘    要:为了开发DEB-2菌株抗真菌活性物质成为组培抗真菌添加剂,采用生长速率法研究了DEB-2菌株抗真菌活性物质对12株组培常见污染菌的抑制作用,并将该抗真菌活性物质添加到组培培养基中,观察其对半夏组培苗生长的影响。结果表明,DEB-2菌株抗真菌物质对组培常见污染菌有较强的抑制作用,在20mL/L浓度下能明显抑制大多数常见组培污染真菌的生长,但对半夏的生长无显著影响;在30mL/L浓度下能显著抑制半夏不定芽的再生率;在40mL/L浓度下对不定芽生长高度的抑制作用极显著,对半夏的生长势有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract:In order to develop the DEB-2 antifungal compound to become antifungal additive of tissue,the inhibition activity to common contaminated fungi of tissue culture of DEB-2 antifungal compound and the effects of the growth of P.ternate were studied.The results showed that the antifungal compound of DEB-2 had strong inhibition activity to contaminated fungi of tissue culture.At the concentration of 20 mL/L,the antifungal compound could obviously restrain the growth of contaminated fungi,but had no effects to th...
