摘    要:以11份瓠瓜种质为材料,通过人工气候箱模拟高温胁迫,测定并分析瓠瓜种质在高温胁迫下的热害指数、相对电导率、MDA、POD、SOD、Pro等生理生化变化,并通过6个生理生化指标的相关分析和主成分分析,进而进行系统聚类分析,对其耐热性进行研究.结果表明:在人工模拟环境下,持续7d的高温胁迫处理,能够有效区分瓠瓜种质的耐热性...
