| 摘 要： | 羊病毒性关节炎-脑炎是由反转录病毒科慢病毒属山羊关节脑炎病毒引发的一种病毒性传染性疾病。临床上患病羊所出现的持续性的病症是急性脑脊髓炎,成年羊表现为关节炎、乳腺炎、慢性进行性肺炎和脑炎。病毒危害的羊群终身携带病毒,成为养殖场的主要传染源。由于该类疾病没有特效药物,再加上传染源的存在,经常会造成羊群反复流行该类疾病,最终引发死亡,对整个群体造成的威胁极大。为缩小经济损失、提高牲畜生产性能,该文探讨羊病毒性关节炎-脑炎的诊断与防治过程。

| Abstract: | Sheep viral arthritis-encephalitis is a viral infectious disease caused by goat arthritis virus of the retroviral family lentivirus.Clinically,the persistent symptoms of sick sheep are acute encephalomyelitis,and adult sheep show arthritis,mastitis,chronic progressive pneumonia and encephalitis.The virus damaged sheep carry the virus for life and become the main source of infection in the farm.Because there are no specific drugs for this type of disease,coupled with the existence of the source of infection,it often causes repeated epidemics of this type of disease in the sheep,and eventually leads to death,which poses a great threat to the entire group.In order to reduce economic losses and improve livestock performance,this article discusses the diagnosis and prevention process of sheep viral arthritis-encephalitis. |
