| 腹泻羔羊中大肠杆菌耐药性分析 |

| 摘 要： | 从青海省达日县3个藏羊养殖场中采集到羔羊腹泻的粪便10份,将分离得到的细菌纯化培养后进行进一步的生化鉴定和药敏试验。研究结果表明,在10份粪便中共检测出大肠杆菌10株,发现分离得到的大肠杆菌对小鼠具有致病性。药敏试验发现分离得到的致病原对恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考2种抗生素高敏,对复方新诺明、头孢唑林、丁胺卡那霉素中敏,对常用的抗生素普遍具有耐药性,在疾病防治过程中,应指导养殖户科学用药,筛选出敏感抗生素对症治疗。该次所筛选的大肠杆菌具有致病性,筛选的敏感抗生素种类较少,对大多数抗生素都产生耐药性,在今后防控过程中需要指导养殖户科学用药、合理用药。

Analysis of Drug Resistance of Escherichia Coli in Diarrhea Lambs |

| Abstract: | Ten samples of feces of lamb diarrhea were collected from three Tibetan sheep farms in Dari county,Qinghai province.The bacteria were purified and cultured for further biochemical identification and drug sensitivity test.The results showed that a total of ten strains of e.coli were detected in ten stool samples,and the isolated e.coli was found to be pathogenic to mice.The isolated pathogens were found to be sensitive to two antibiotics,Enrofloxacin and florfenicol gaomin,sensitive to trimethoprim、sulfamethoxazole,cefazolin and amikacin,and generally resistant to common antibiotics,in the process of disease prevention and treatment,farmers should be guided by the scientific use of drugs,screening out sensitive antibiotics symptomatic treatment.The selected e.coli has pathogenicity,few kinds of sensitive antibiotics are screened,and most of them are resistant to antibiotics.It is necessary to guide breeding households to use antibiotics scientifically and rationally in the process of prevention and control. |
