| 摘 要： | 从河南省土地流转现状入手进行分析,认为:农村富余劳动力就业不稳、农业现代化进展缓慢、农村社会保障机制不健全、土地流转中介服务不完善等是土地流转速度不快的主要原因。总结出全省土地流转的4种典型模式:集体组织带动土地流转,经济能人带动土地流转,龙头企业带动土地流转,市场带动土地流转。并找出其成功背后的条件,为其他地区土地流转的加快进行提供借鉴经验。
