| 摘 要： | 为因地制宜地指导华北地区节水型农业的健康发展,按照＂归纳相似性、区别差异性、照顾行政区界＂的原则,以地貌特征、气候特征、灌溉程度、缺水程度作为分区指标,将华北分为１０个节水型农业分区;根据农业生产发展的需要,采用系统工程方法,对２０００年华北地区节水型农业发展规模进行了预测。

| Abstract: | To guide the development of water-saving agriculture in line with local conditions,authors of this paper divide North China into 10 sub-areas of water-saving agricultural development based on the principles of "summarizing similarities,identifying differences and considering administrative demarcations" and adopting an area dividing index system that depends on geological and climatic features and levels of irrigatioin and water deficiency. In addition, the scale of development of water-saving agriculture in North China in the year 2000 is predicted by methods of system engineering. |
