| 摘 要： | 用红细胞C_(3b)受体花环和红细胞免疫复合物花环试验检测了180例不同肝病患者红细胞的免疫功能。结果:肝癌、肝硬化、慢活肝患者红细胞C_(3b)花环率明显降低,而免疫复合物花环率明显升高,急性肝炎患者的改变程度较轻。结果提示,红细胞免疫功能的失调是慢性肝病患者免疫功能失调的重要组成部分。检测红细胞C_(3b)花环率和免疫复合物花环率有助于不同肝病的鉴别。

| Abstract: | In 180 cases of seven types of hepatic diseases,the immune function of red cells was detected by the rosette rate of red cell C3b receptor and of red cell immune complex. In the patients of hepatic cancer,cirrhosis and chronic active hepatitis,the rosette rate of red cell C3b receptor decreased remarkably,while that of immune complex increased remarkably,and in the patients of acute hepatitis the changes described above were slighter. In various types of hepatic disease the abnormality of the immune function of red cells was quite different. The immune abnormality of red cells might be the important part of the immunoregulatory abnormality in patients with chronic hepatic diseases.
The changes of the rosette rate of red cells C3b receptor and that of red cell immune complex were quite different in various types of hepatic diseases. It suggested that these changes might be used to distinguish the types of hepatic diseases. |
