| 摘 要： | 实施＂订单式＂人才培养有利于学校教学资源的整合和满足企业的人才需求,并促进学生的就业。然而由于校企双方人才合作培养的表面化和形式化、人才培养的＂急功近利＂性、教学质量管理松懈等原因,＂订单式＂人才培养质量受到较大影响。因此,保障人才培养质量,就要处理好专业技能培养和素质教育的关系,建立对培养对象的奖励和淘汰并存机制,并实施学科专业核心科目的＂教考分离＂制度。

| Abstract: | To implement the ＂ordering model＂ of talent training is beneficial to both the conformity of school education resource and the satisfaction of enterprise＇s talent requirement,and it can facilitate students＇ obtaining employment.However,owning to the factors of superficial and formalized cooperation of talent training of college and enterprise,the desire for quick returns of talent training,the easiness of teaching quality management and so on,the quality of ＂ordering model＂ of talent training has been greatly influenced.Therefore,to insurance the quality of talent training,we have to deal with the relationship of professional training and quality education correctly,create a mechanism of both encouraging and washing out the trainees,and carrying out the system of ＂separation of teaching and examination＂ to the core subjects. |
