| 摘 要： | 枯草芽孢杆菌B - 90 3菌株是河南省农业科学院植物保护研究所从郑州果园中分离得到的 ,它代谢产生的抗菌物质对多种植物病原真菌具有强抑制作用。在前人对其研究的基础上 ,对枯草芽孢杆菌B - 90 3又进行了摇瓶发酵 (2 0 0ml/ 5 0 0ml,2 8℃ ,12 6r/min)试验 ,结果表明 :摇瓶发酵种子液菌龄 2 4h效果最好 ,最佳发酵时间为 72h ,比原来的种子液菌龄 2 4h、发酵时间 112h缩短4 0h ,节省了能源和时间。 |

| Abstract: | Bacillus subtilis B-903 strain,seperated from apple orchard in Zhengzhou,is strong antagonistic to many plant pathology fungi.This study showed that the optimum fermentation time of this strain was 72 h under the condition of seed fungi liquid age 24 h,culture volume 200 ml/500 ml,temperature 28 ℃,shaking speed 126 r/min which saves energy and time. |
