摘 要: | 以长辣七号辣椒为材料,以MS为基础培养基,探讨不同外植体、不同激素组合、不同生长日龄子叶、不同培养方式对愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:愈伤组织诱导的最适外植体类型为真叶和子叶;最适的愈伤组织诱导培养基为MS+6-BA1mg/L+IAA0.5mg/L;初展期子叶或日龄为10d的子叶,愈伤组织诱导效果最好,诱导率高达100%;在半固体培养方式下的愈伤组织诱导率最高。

Abstract: | Using Changla 7 pepper as materials and MS as basic media , the effect of the different explants , different hormone combinations , cotyledons with different days of age and different culturing methods on callus induction were studied. The results showed that the suitable explants for callus induction were euphyllas and cotyledons ; the optimal induction medium was MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L.Callus from cotyledons in early- deployment stages or with 10 days of age grew well and its induction rate was 100%. The callus induction rate was the highest in semisolid culture modes. |
