| 摘 要： | 从知识经济时代，高等院校应承担的社会历史责任及办学方向的政策分析入手，通过高校产业发展的个案剖析，对农业院校科技产业提出了培植核心科技企业，培育农业科技要素市场，建好生物种苗工程项目，培养科技产业化人才的发展构想，以及实现构想的具体措施；建设农业科技园，产学研结合，合作发展，做好项目贮备和重点成果转化的确认，建立良性企业运行机制等。

| Abstract: | In this paper the social and history duties and running a school direction of colleges and universities are analyzed,from the poit of view of the modern age with knowledge and economy.On the basis of some cases of industrial development of colleges and universities,the duties of scientific and technological industries of agricultural colleges and universities are as follows:developing leading scientific and technological enterprises,building the markets of agricultural scientific and technological key elements,bulding up biological seedling projects,producing the conception of training the qualified industrial scientists and technicians,and concret steps of realizing the conceptions;buiding agricultural scientific and technological areas,connecting industries,study and research work,co operating development,making the projects be preserved and affirming the important results change and setting up the excellent enterprises moving mechanism. |
