脲酶抑制剂醌氢醌对小白菜光合特性和氮代谢的影响

摘    要:以醌氢醌为脲酶抑制剂,小白菜(B.chinensis Var.communis)为试材,进行小区试验,研究了不同用量的醌氢醌对小白菜光合特性和氮代谢的影响,结果表明:适量醌氢醌能使小白菜叶片的气孔导度增大,胞间CO2浓度降低,净光合速率提高,蒸腾速率降低;使小白菜叶片硝酸还原酶活性、谷氨酸脱氢酶活性、谷酰胺合成酶活性、总氮含量、蛋白质含量提高,游离氨基酸含量降低。小区试验醌氢醌用量以3.0-6.0 g/m2为宜。

Abstract:Plot experiment with 4 levels of quinhydrone was conducted withB.chinensis Var.communis.The results showed that after applying proper amount of quinhydrone,photosynthetic rate inB.chinensis Var.communis.leaves were increased;transpiration rate,internal leaf CO2concentration and stomatal conductant were reduced;and activities of nitrate reductase,glutamate dehydrogenase and glutamine synthetase inB.chinensis Var.communis.leaves were enhanced;the contents of total nitrogen and protein increased;but the content of free amino acid decreased.The suit-able level of quinhydrone forB.chinensis Var.communis.in plot experiment was 3.0-6.0 g/m2.
