| 摘 要： | 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取牡丹皮中的丹皮酚,选定加水量、加硫酸钠量和温浸时间作为考察的3个因素,各取3个水平,应用L9(34)正交试验设计选取最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明:提取时,加一定量的硫酸钠和延长温浸时间可以提高丹皮酚的提取率。

| Abstract: | In the experiment,steam distillation was used to extract paeonol from Cortex Moutan.The optimum extraction condition was investigated by the orthogonal design L9(34).The results showed that it chould obviously increase the distillilng rate by adding sodium sulfate and prolong the time of soaking Cortex Moutan. |
