西门塔尔牛改良新疆博州当地蒙古牛效果分析

摘    要:用西门塔尔牛细管冻精为父本,以新疆博州当地蒙古牛为母本进行杂交改良,对二品种的杂交一代(西蒙F1)犊牛的生长性状与屠宰性状进行了测定与分析。结果西蒙F1初生重公犊比蒙古牛提高36.96%,母犊提高38.03%;断奶重公犊提高153.49%,母犊提高146.08%;同龄西蒙F1屠宰率、净肉率比本地蒙古牛提高13.03%、18%。平均每头西蒙F1比本地蒙古牛多产肉135kg,按每kg牛肉15元计,可增加收益2 025元。用细管冻精配种比饲养公牛配种可降低成本130元。

Abstract:The growth traits and slaughtering performance of F1 crossbred calves of Simmental as the sire breed and native Mongolian cattle of Boertala in Xinjiang were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the birth weights of male and female F1 crossbred calves were 36. 96% and 38. 03% higher than that of corresponding Mongolian cattle; the weaning weight of male and female F1 crossbred calves increased by 153. 49% and 146. 08% respectively; dressing percentage and meant percentage of F1 crossbred calves increased by 13. 03% and 18% compared to native cattle. On average, the meat production of F1 crossbreds was 135 kg more than that of Mongolian cattle, the economic return for F1 crossbreds reached 2,025 Yuan according to the beef price of 15 Yuan per kilogram.
