摘    要:烟叶烟碱含量为内在性状,需要通过仪器检测才知道其含量高低,而这增加了针对烟草烟碱含量育种的难度。为了加快获得高烟碱的烟草育种材料,本研究通过在2 000份EMS‘云烟87’突变体中筛选根系发达的突变体植株,获得一份可以稳定遗传的突变体材料KH65。结果显示,该KH65突变体材料的根系面积是‘云烟87’对照材料的3倍;同时KH65的上部、中部、下部叶片的烟碱含量比‘云烟87’对照材料提高30%以上;‘云烟87’对照材料节间距较大,而突变体材料节间距较小,长势较为茁壮。发达的根系不仅能够提高烟草烟碱的含量,同时也将会提高烟草的产量和耐旱性。本研究将为培育高烟碱含量的烟草品种提供有价值的信息。

Abstract:The content of nicotine in tobacco leaves is an intrinsic trait,and needs to be detected with a special instrument,which makes it difficult to breed tobacco for the trait of nicotine content.To rapidly obtain tobacco plants with high nicotine content,the present study screened an EMS population including 2000’Yunyan87’mutants from EMS population and obtained a mutant named KH65 that had a stronger root system.The results showed that the root system area of KH65 was three times that of’Yunyan87’.The nicotine contents in the top,middle and bottom leaves of KH65 increased more than 30%than those of’Yunyan87’.Compared with’Yunyan87’,KH65 has shorter internodes and stronger growth.The strong root system can increase the nicotine content and enhance the yield and drought tolerance.This study provides valuable information about tobacco breeding with high content nicotine.
