结球甘蓝产量性状的配合力与杂种优势分析

摘    要:结球甘蓝全株重和叶球重是其产量性状的重要构成因素。研究其配合力和杂种优势表现,对甘蓝杂交育种和创制高产结球甘蓝杂交种具有重要意义。本研究通过6×7不完全双列杂交设计,对结球甘蓝产量性状的配合力效应和F1代杂种优势表现进行了分析,并基于SSR标记对13个亲本进行了聚类分析和遗传距离计算。结果表明,亲本880014、739和12119的产量性状一般配合力效应好,可作为优良的亲本材料。产量性状特殊配合力效应值高的组合为15109×01-20、12119×01-20、1602×13127和15109×739;产量性状杂种优势好的组合是1344×99011、1344×739、15109×739和12119×01-20。综上,15109×739和12119×01-20是具有增产潜力的优良组合。在中等遗传距离条件下,杂交组合产量性状特殊配合力好,杂种优势强。

Abstract:Gross weight and head weight are important factors of yield traits in cabbage(Brassica oleracea var. capitata L.). Researching on the performance of combining ability and heterosis has a huge effect on breeding for hybrids and producing high-yielded hybrids in cabbage. By using 6×7 North Carolina Design Ⅱ(NCⅡ) to analyze combining ability effect and F1 hybrid vigor, based on SSR markers cluster analysis and calculation of genetic distance among 13 parental lines were conducted. The study shows that the 880014, 739 and 12119 with better general combining ability on yields traits than others, which have the potential to be excellent parents. The combinations, including 15109×01-20, 12119×01-20, 1602×13127 and 15109×739, have higher special combining effect of yield traits. The hybrids from 1344 ×99011, 1344 ×739, 15109 ×739 to 12119 ×01-20 are home to combinations with good heterosis of yield traits. So 15109×739 and 12119×01-20 could be regarded as excellent combinations of improvement in yields. Under the medium genetic distance, the hybrid combinations have better combining ability effects and heterosis in yield traits. The above results can facilitate the breeding of high yields in cabbage.
