摘    要:本试验以4个三角梅品种(‘水红’三角梅(Bougainvillea glabra'Rosa'),‘重瓣红’三角梅(Bougainvillea×buttiana'Manila Magic Pink'),‘深红’三角梅(Bougainvillea spectabilis'Mrs. Butt'),‘小叶紫’三角梅(Bougainvillea glabra'Sanderiana'))的叶片为供试材料,进行低温胁迫(10℃, 5℃, 0℃,-5℃,-10℃,-15℃),测定相对电导率,并结合Logistics方程拟合半致死低温(LT50),然后进行组织褐变观察和丙二醛、游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质、叶绿素生理指标的测定,最后结合隶属函数法进行综合评价,得出供试材料耐寒性强弱依次为:‘小叶紫’三角梅>‘水红’三角梅>‘重瓣红’三角梅>‘深红’三角梅的结论。本试验可为北方地区三角梅的耐寒栽培及应用提供一定的科学理论依据。

Abstract:In this experiment,the leaves of four cultivars of Bougainvillea(Bougainvillea glabra’Rosa’,Bougainvillea×buttiana’Manila Magic Pink’,Bougainvillea spectabilis’Mrs.Butt’,Bougainvillea glabra’Sanderiana’)were used to determine the physiological indexes under low temperature stress(10℃,5℃,0℃,-5℃,-10℃,-15℃).The relative conductivity of each cultivar was determined,and the semi-lethal temperature LT50 of each cultivar was calculated by Logistic equation.Tissue browning was observed and four physiological indexes,including malondialdehyde,free proline,soluble protein and chlorophyll,were determined.Through the comprehensive evaluation based on membership function method,the cold resistance ranking is:Bougainvillea glabra’Sanderiana’>Bougainvillea glabra’Rosa’>Bougainvillea×buttiana’Manila Magic Pink’>Bougainvillea spectabilis’Mrs.Butt’.Malondialdehyde content,free proline content and soluble protein content can be used as comprehensive indexes to identify the cold resistance of Bougainvillea.This experiment provides a scientific theoretical basis for cold-tolerant cultivation and use of Bougainvillea in Northern China.
