核桃楸无性系叶片性状变异分析

摘    要:核桃楸(Juglans mandshurica Mamix.)是东北重要的用材及用药树种,其树皮、果实以及叶片均是重要的药材,对其种质评估和选择具有重要意义。为评价核桃楸优良种质资源,本研究以吉林省临江林业局核桃楸种子园中的31个核桃楸无性系为材料,对各无性系的叶长、叶宽、叶厚、叶面积、叶形指数、叶鲜重、叶干重、叶片含水量、比叶面积和叶干物质含量等性状进行了分析。结果表明:不同无性系间各测定指标差异极显著(P<0.001);各指标表型和遗传变异系数变化范围分别为4.77%~30.31%和3.49%~26.12%,各指标重复力变化范围为0.82~0.96,重复力较高,表明核桃楸叶片性状的高变异受较强的遗传因素控制;相关性分析结果表明,核桃楸叶片长度、叶片宽度、叶片厚度与叶面积等指标之间均达极显著相关水平;对31个核桃楸无性系进行聚类分析,可将无性系分为3类,第1类包括20个无性系,第2类包括10个无性系,第3类包括1个无性系,说明大部分无性系亲缘关系较近。这些分析结果为下一步优良无性系的选育提供了重要的信息和依据。

Abstract:Walunt(Juglans mandshurica Mamix.)are one of the most important wood and medicinal used trees species in Northeast China.It is signifcant to evaluation and selection in walunt because of high values of medicinal in bark,fruit and leaf.In order to evaluate and select superior germplasm of walunt,31 clones of J.mandshurica from Jinshan broad-leaved seed orchard of Linjiang Forestry Bureau of Jilin Province were used as materials.Leaf length,leaf width,leaf thickness,leaf area,leaf shape index,leaf fresh weight,leaf dry weight,leaf water content,specific leaf area and leaf dry matter content,were measured and analyzed.The results showed that there was a significant difference in leaf indexes(P<0.001),the phenotypic and genetic variation coefficients ranged from 4.77%to 30.31%and 3.49%to 26.12%,respectively.The hepeatabilities of different traits ranged from 0.82 to 0.96,showing its high repeatability,which indicated the high values of variation of leaf characters was strong controlled genetic factors.Correlation analysis of J.mandshurica leaf indexes showed that there high significant positive correlation among leaf length,leaf width,leaf thickness and leaf area;The leaf characters of 31 clones of J.mandshurica were classified into three categories by cluster analysis.The first category includes 20 clones,the second category includes 10 clones and the third category includes 1 clone.The variation of leaf characters of most clones was not significant.These analysis results provide important information and basis for the next selection of excellent clones.
