摘 要: | 利用症状观察、形态学鉴定和ITS序列分析等方法鉴定哈尔滨地区甘蓝黑根病病原菌。分离得到菌株RH,经分子鉴定属于AG-4融合群。结果表明,哈尔滨地区甘蓝黑根病致病菌为立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani Kühn)。菌株生长最适条件:温度30℃,连续黑暗,pH 8.0,致死温度46℃,可溶性淀粉、蔗糖、蛋白胨、硝酸钠有利于菌丝生长。

Abstract: | The pathogen of cabbage seeding blight in Harbin City were identified by symptom observation, morphological identification and ITS sequence analysis. A strain RH was isolated and identified by molecular identification as belonging to the anastomosis group AG-4. The results showed that the pathogen causing cabbage seeding blight in Harbin City was Rhizoctonia solani Kühn. The optimum conditions for strain growth were temperature 30 ℃, continuous darkness, pH 8.0, and lethal temperature of 46 ℃, soluble starch, sucrose and peptone, sodium nitrate were beneficial to the growth of the strain. |
