水稻钵盘育秧播种机自动分盘装置设计与试验

摘    要:针对当前水稻育秧过程中,播种设备采用人工逐盘供秧导致工人劳动强度大、易疲劳等问题,在448穴水稻钵盘育秧播种机研究基础上,设计一种机械式自动分盘装置。该装置通过托手承接钵盘、拨指分离钵盘、凸轮控制托手与拨指运动规律配合方式,可将成摞钵盘逐个自动分离并连续供给育秧播种设备,以人工逐摞供盘取代人工逐个供盘,大幅度降低人工供盘劳动强度。结果表明,在作业效率300~420盘·h-1,每次按每摞秧盘数目10~20盘供盘条件下,分盘成功率为100%,达到设计要求。为水稻钵盘育秧播种机自动化研究提供参考。

Design and experiment of automatic separation tray mechanism for rice seedling machine

Abstract:For the current rice seeding process, the seeding equipment is manually delivered trays individually, which lead to workers' high labor intensity and fatigue. Based on the design of the 448-hole rice seedling planter developed by Northeast Agricultural University, this paper designed an automatic tray-separating mechanism. The device could automatically separate a trip tray into one tray and supplying to the seedling planting equipment continuously, through the cooperation of the handholding the tray, the fingers separate the tray, the cam controling the hand-holding and finger movement law. It could replace the manual supply trays individually by manual supplying a trip trays, which significantly reduced the labor intensity. The test results showed that the separation tray success rate was 100% under the condition that the seeding efficiency was 300-420 trays· h-1 and offering the number of trays was 10-20 per tray, which met the design requirements. This study provided a reference for the research on the automatic rice seeding machine.
