摘    要:为了筛选适宜青海西宁地区综合表现优良的菠菜品种,为高原地区菠菜的优异品种推广提供科学依据。本研究以14个来自不同地区的参试菠菜品种(系)为材料,在西宁温室内进行品种(系)比较试验,利用相关性分析、主成分分析和隶属函数值法对参试菠菜的主要农艺性状进行比较分析和综合评价。结果表明:与菠菜单株重显著相关的性状依次为株幅、叶长、叶宽。14个菠菜品种(系)按平均隶属函数值排序为Bo3>Bo10>Bo9>Bo12>Bo7>Bo1>Bo11>Bo13>Bo2>Bo4>Bo14>Bo5>Bo6>Bo8;主成分分析将15个指标简化为5个主成分,株高、株幅、叶长、单株重、净菜率为重要的构成因素产量指标,草酸含量以及维生素C含量为重要的构成因素质量指标,在综合评价品种(系)的表现时应着重考察;聚类分析在遗传距离为5时将14个菠菜品种(系)划分为四大类,其中第玉类(Bo1, Bo2, Bo4, Bo5, Bo7, Bo11, Bo12, Bo13, Bo14)综合表现居中,第域类(Bo9, Bo10)综合表现较好,第芋类(Bo6, Bo8)综合表现最差,第郁类(Bo3)综合表现最好。综上所述,14个参试菠菜品种(系)中,Bo3、Bo9和Bo10的综合表现优良,适宜在西宁地区及周边生态环境相似的地区种植推广。

Abstract:In order to select the spinach varieties suitable for the plateau greenhouses in Xining area of Qinghai province,Our research will provide scientific basis for the promotion of the excellent spinach varieties in the plateau area.Comprehensive analysis yield characters of 14 tested spinach varieties(Strain)from different regions were performed by correlation analysis,principal component analysis and membership function method.The results showed that the traits significantly related to the weight of individual plant were plant width,leaf length and leaf width.Principal component analysis simplified the 15 indicators into 5 principal components,with plant height,plant width,leaf length,single plant weight and net vegetable rate as important constituent yield indicators,oxalic acid content and vitamin C content as important constituent quality indicators.Clustering analysis in geneticdistance is 5 to 14 spinach varieties(or strain)is divided into four categories,among them the first classⅠ(Bo1,Bo2,Bo4,Bo5,Bo7,Bo11,Bo12,Bo13,Bo14)integrated performance center,first classⅡ(Bo9,Bo10)has good comprehensive performance,the first classⅢcomprehensive worst(Bo6,Bo8),the first classⅣ(Bo3)integrated performance is best.To sum up,among the 14 tested spinach varieties(Strain),Bo3,Bo9 and Bo10 have good comprehensive performance,which is suitable for planting and promotion in Xining and other areas with similar ecological environment.
