园林绿化工程监理质量控制依据标准的探讨

摘    要:该文介绍了园林行业开展工程监理的情况 ,指出当前园林绿化工程质量标准存在的主要问题 ,建议制定园林建设工程质量标准 ,其中应区分强制性标准和推荐性标准 .在园林建设工程质量标准中引入园林景观效果评价的内容 ;就其中园林 (绿化 )工程施工质量验收标准而言 ,应简明实用 ,简化一些见证取样、送检项目和质量验收的环节 ,充分体现园林工程量小、综合、艺术性强的特点 ,提出了园林绿化工程质量标准的构想和框架以及质量验收项目的划分 .提出了园林土建工程的概念 ,主张明确界定园林建筑、园林建筑小品、园林小品的内容 ,从而有利于参与工程建设各方统一执行质量验收标准 .

Abstract:This paper introduces the development of the garden greening engineering supervision, and points out the major problems existing in quality standard of garden greening engineering. It is suggested that quality standards (including compulsory and recommended standards) of garden construction engineering should be enacted. The content of landscape evaluation effect should be introduced into quality standard of garden construction, some key joints such as sampling, project investigation and quality acceptance should be simplified, in order to realize the characteristics of garden engineering like small quantity, synthesis, and high degree of art. This paper also puts forward the concept of garden civil engineering, and suggests the demarcation of content of garden construction, small garden construction ornaments, and small garden ornaments, so as to facilitate to implement the unified quality acceptance standards.
