摘    要:目的:研究党参多糖(CPPS)的抗衰老作用。方法:选用D-半乳糖(D-gal)诱导建立小鼠衰老模型,CPPS分别按250 mg/kg、150 mg/kg、50 mg/kg连续灌胃,观察CPPS对小鼠肝脏组织MDA含量的影响。结果:CPPS可以显著降低小鼠肝脏组织MDA含量(P〈0.01),减轻D-gal对小鼠肝细胞的毒性。结论:CPPS对D-gal所致衰老小鼠的肝组织毒性具有显著的保护作用,这种保护效应可能与CPPS抗氧化的作用机制有关。

Effects of polysaccharide from Codonopsis pilosula on D-galactose induced model of aging mice

Abstract:Objective: To study the anti-aging effect of Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide(CPPS) in mice. Methods:CPPS was intragastric administrated to aging model mice induce by injection of D-galactose at the dosage of 250 mg/kg,150 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg, respectively, then malondialdehyde(MDA) content in liver were measured. Results: CPPS could significantly decrease(P0.01) the contents of MDA in liver and reduced the toxic effect of D-gal on liver cells. Conclusion:CPPS has protective effect on D-gal induced hepatic injury in aging model mice by enhancing antioxidant defenses.
