摘    要:径向基函数(RBF)神经网络(简称径向基网络)具有较强的输入输出映射功能,理论证明其在前向神经网络中是完成映射功能的最优网络。工程车辆自动变速技术的核心是按照某种目标寻找最佳挡位,是一个非线性映射分类问题。提出了基于径向基网络的工程车辆自动变速控制方法,以保持液力变矩器工作在高效区为目标,利用车辆传动试验台换挡控制试验的数据对径向基网络进行训练,并进行了验证性的仿真试验。仿真结果表明,该方法能够根据车辆运行状态确定最佳挡位。

Abstract:We presented a method of shift-decision based on the RBF neural n etwork for a construction vehicle. In order to improve the efficiency of the pow er-train, a theory of shifting strategy for energy saving was proposed. Accordi ng to the theory, an experiment of gear shift operation was done at an automatic transmission test-bed. Through the experiment, the nonlinear function between the status of vehicle and the optimal gear position and their corresponding data were obtained. A validating and simulating experiment was carried out by using the experimental data. The results of simulation show that the shift-decision b ased on the RBF neural network are effective for intelligent control on automati c shift of construction vehicle and realize the optimal gear position of transmi ssion box according to the status of construction vehicle.
