不同浓度玉米生长调节剂对玉米氮代谢的影响

摘    要:采用田间小区试验,研究了不同浓度新型玉米生长调节剂对玉米氮代谢的影响.结果表明,不同浓度玉米生长调节剂对灌浆期玉米功能叶、茎秆中氮素的转运,功能叶硝酸还原酶与蛋白水解酶活性,功能叶和籽粒的谷氨酰胺合成酶与转化酶活性均有明显的促进作用,显著增加玉米产量、籽粒蛋白质含量及籽粒蛋白质产量.在调节剂的3个浓度中,以PGRCl较合理.PGRCl处理玉米籽粒的蛋白氮含量比对照提高0.83g/kg,籽粒产量比对照增加13.18%,籽粒蛋白质产量比对照增加19.59%.

Abstract:Maize is a low protein crop. Applying plant growth regulator (PGR) that regulate carbon and nitrogen metabolism of maize to improve grain protein content and yield must be an important approach to increase protein resource.To compare its effects on the photosynthesis characteristics and nitrogen mechanism of maize plant by plant growth regulation(PGRC) with 3 different concentrations,the field experiment was conducted.Its results showed as follows: all the tested PGRCs had significantly positive effects on the following the increasing of the chlorophyll content and the net photosynthetic rate of functional leaves,the promotion of N transportation into grains from leaves and stems,the promotion to the activities of nitrate reductase and protease in the functional leaves, GS synthetase and GS transferase in both of the functional leaves and grains.As a result,the yield of grain and protein,the protein content in the grain,increased significantly after maize plant was sprayed with PGRCs.Among the various tested PGRCs,PGRC1 for field application,since the protein N in maize grain,maize grain yields and grain protein yields would be recommended increased by 0.83 g/kg,13.18%,19.59%,compared with treatment CK,respectively.
