ABA及其合成抑制剂对柱花草抗冷性及抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:以脱落酸(ABA)和ABA合成抑制剂钨酸钠(Tungstate)处理柱花草.试验结果表明,外源ABA处理提高了柱花草叶片的ABA含量,同时降低了低温下的相对电导率,提高了低温下的最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)水平;ABA加钨酸钠处理降低了柱花草叶片ABA水平,ABA降低膜透性、提高低温下的Fv/Fm水平的作用被削弱.ABA处理提高了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性,而ABA与钨酸钠同时处理,在降低叶片ABA含量的同时,ABA提高SOD、APX活性的作用被削弱.证明ABA提高了柱花草的抗冷性和抗氧化酶的活性,ABA对抗氧化酶的诱导与其提高抗冷性可能存在相关性.

Abstract:Stylosanthes guianensis was treated with abscisic acid(ABA) and the ABA biosynthesis inhibitor tungstate.The results showed that the ABA content and the maximum photochemical efficiency(F_v/F_m) were both increased,and electrolyte leakage was decreased under chilling stress after S.guianensis was pretreated with exogenous ABA.Treatment of ABA plus tungstate decreased the ABA content in leaves.The decrease in electrolyte leakage and the increase in F_v/F_m by ABA under chilling conditions were both weakened by the treatment.ABA treatment increased the activities of both superoxide dismutase(SOD) and ascorbate peroxidase(APX).The ABA plus tungstate treatment decreased the ABA content along with the activity of SOD and APX.As such,it is suggested that the enhancement in chilling resistance by ABA treatment is correlated with the induction of the antioxidant system.
