| 摘 要： | 通过深入蔬菜产业发展的各环节进行调查研究,综合分析了寿光蔬菜产业中所面临的突出问题。调查得出:优质高端蔬菜数量相对不足,农业生态环境随蔬菜种植年限的增长日益恶化,蔬菜商品化处理及深加工发展滞后,蔬菜种植过程中机械化程度较低,缺乏具有自主知识产权的蔬菜优良品种,农民素质相对偏低等成为制约寿光蔬菜产业可持续发展的主要问题;通过调查研究,提出了寿光蔬菜产业可持续发展的相应对策,主要包括建立和执行新的科学的土壤整治体系;扩大有机蔬菜生产规模,提高蔬菜的深加工水平;借鉴国外先进经验,提高寿光蔬菜产业的机械化水平;加强与国内科研院所的合作,提高蔬菜种子的国产化水平;加大培训力度,提高菜农整体素质等几个方面。
