| 摘 要： | 蛋白质组学是后基因组时代的新兴领域,本文简要介绍了其研究内容和方法,特别介绍了蛋白质组学的关键技术———双向凝胶电泳和质谱,概括了蛋白质组学在草本及木本植物中的主要研究进展,展望了植物蛋白质组学的发展前景。

| Abstract: | Proteomics is one of the most active fields in the post-genomic era.Here we mainly expatiate on the content and research methods of proteomics.We especially introduce two-dimensional electrophoresis(2-DE) and mass spectrometry(MS).The research progress of proteomics in herb plant and woody plant are reviewed in this paper.At last,the challenge and prospect of plant proteomics are discussed. |
