转基因抗除草剂两系杂交早稻高产栽培技术研究

摘    要:2005年对转bar基因抗除草剂两系法杂交早稻的高产栽培技术进行了研究,结果表明:供试组合各项经济性状稳定,生长整齐,使用除草剂Basta后的纯度达99.98%。据取样考种,理论产量平均达550kg/667m^2以上。转bar基因两系杂交稻与非转基因杂交稻在栽培上多一次专用除草剂,其它丰产措施基本相同,但除草剂Basta可视种子纯度等情况使用或不用。旱育软盘秧或旱育秧、早播早栽早管,有利于充分发挥供试组合的增产潜力。

Abstract:The studies on high - yielding cultural technique of herbicide - resistant two - line early hybrid rice Xiang125S/Bar68 - 1 and Xiang125S/Bar68 - 2 were carried out in early - rice - season in 2005. The result showed that the two combinations were stable in every economic characters and growth orderly, the purities reached 99.98% after spraying herbicide Basta. The average theoretic yield was beyond 550 kg/667 m^2 based on sampling. Comparing with high - yielding cultural techniques of non - trans - genie hybrid rice, one times of herbicide spraying could be applied for transgenic two - line hybrid rice depended on its seed purity, others were the same. Raising seedlings in dryland or upland with plastics trays, early sowing, early transplanting and management were favorable for making full use of yield potential of the two combinations.
