甘蓝型双低油菜籽成熟过程中的品质变化分析

摘    要:对成熟过程中不同甘蓝型双低油菜品种的含油率、芥酸、硫苷以及多种脂肪酸含量进行了测定。结果显示,测试期间供试品种的油菜籽中含油率和部分种类脂肪酸含量均有不同程度的变化,而硫苷和芥酸含量变化较小,所以可根据品种不同脂肪酸的变化情况,选择双低油菜不同品种的最佳收获时间,从而获取双低及高含油率、高油酸、低亚麻酸的油菜籽。

Abstract:The rapeseed qualities of various Brassica napus cultivars in maturation period were determined and analyzed.The results showed that the glucosinolate,erucic acid and oil contents as well as fatty acid components of their rapeseeds changed to a certain extent,and according to the fatty acid component changes in rapeseeds the optimum harvest period of various double-low-content cultivars could be chosen to obtain good-quality rapeseeds which were low in erucic acid,glucosinolate and linolenic acid but high in oil and oleic acid.
