| 摘 要： | 人居环境评价指标体系的构建是人居环境质量评价的重要内容。选取4个一级指标,12个二级指标和24个三级指标,构建了烟台市人居环境客观评价指标体系,采用Delphi法确定指标权重,对2005～2011年烟台市人居环境状况进行了客观评价,结果表明:烟台市人居环境整体水平和各单项指标不断提高,但各单项指标发展不均衡,一级指标中经济发展和社会进步发展较快,生态环境和基础服务发展较慢;二级指标中经济效益、医疗发展速度最快,居民生活、交通、空气环境质量发展较慢。根据烟台市人居环境的现状提出相应的建议。

Construction and Application of Evaluation Index System of the Habitat Environment in Yantai City |

| Abstract: | Construction of evaluation index system of the habitat environment is an important content of quality evaluation of habitat environ- ment. Selecting 4 lever-1 indexes, 12 lever-2 indexes and 24 lever-3 indexes, the objective evaluation index system in Yantai was constructed. Delphi was applied to treat the indexes weight, and the evaluation of the habitat environment in Yantai from 2005 to 2011 was conducted. The results indicated that the unitary Fevel and the various single indexes were constantly increasing. However, the development in various single indexes remained out of balance. In lever-1 indexes, economic development and social progress developed rapidly, while ecological environ- ment and basic services developed slowly. In lever-2 indexes, economic benefit and medical treatment increased most rapidly, while resident life, traffic and air environmental quality developed slowly. Based on the current situation of the habitat environment in Yantai, corresponding measures were proposed. |
