油松天然群体酯酶同工酶的变异分析

摘    要:用酯酶同工酶对陕西油松4个产地、12个林分天然群体的遗传结构进行了研究,油松群体酯酶同工酶由EST-A、EST-B、EST-C3个多态位点组成。12个林分的多态位点百分率为100%,等位基因平均数为3.917,平均期望杂合率0.594。表明油松天然群体间在酯酶同工酶各基因位点具有较高的遗传变异水平。

Abstract:The genetic structure of 12 natural populations of Chinese pine in four areas was analyzed by using isozyme technique based on the seeds of 12 population in four areas. The results showed that the EST isozyme consisted of three polymorphic loci:EST-A, EST-B and EST-C on the average; 100% of the loci were polymorphic; the number of alleles per locus was 3.917, and the expected heterozygosity was 0.594, which showed that higher variation existed among various populations.
