| 摘 要： | 为了建立L-闯硝基苯甘氨酸的实用制备方法,系统研究了反应温度、混酸比例、投料比以及后处理中pH控制等主要因素对反应收率及纯度的影响,发现了制备L-间硝基苯甘氨酸的最佳反应条件.化合物结构通过IR,~1H NMR,MS进行了表征.合成方法简便,成本低,收率高(大于80%),具有很高的工业应用价值.Abstract：To develop a practical process for the preparation of m-Nitro-L-phenylglycine, the crucial influ-ence factors on the yield and purity, such as the reaction temperature, the ratio of nitric acid and sulfonic acid, the ratio of reactants and the pH modulation have been investigated systematically.The chemical structure of m-nitro-L-phenylglycine was characterized by IR, ~1H NMR and MS techniques.This estab-lished procedure has a promising application industrially for its convenient operation, low cost and stable high yield(more than 80%).
