基于Pro/E的采棉机水平摘锭的三维建模

摘    要:摘锭是采棉机的主要工作部件,传统研究方法是以二维平面图来表示其结构,非常抽象且不便于修改。为此,利用Pro/E对水平摘锭各零件进行三维建模、虚拟装配、模型分析和动态仿真。结果表明,研究人员可以充分利用Pro/E单一数据库管理技术,通过改变尺寸参数来方便地修改和更新零件,还可以观察零件间的相互位置关系、运动状态和进行应力分析,为后期的材料分析提供良好的基础。

Abstract:Pick machine is an important assembly of cotton picker.The traditional research of the pick machine is abstract and not easy to be modified because of two-dimensional drawing.This research utilized Pro/E to carry out three-dimensional modeling of the parts of Cotton Picker's Pick Machine,virtual assemble,model analysis,and motion emulation.Researchers can modify the parts easily by changing size parameters,and also can observe forming,position relation of parts and motion state of the pick machine,and to analysis stress,provided a good foundation for its material in future.
