摘 要: | 用不同浓度的LaCl3直接作用于线粒体,研究了LaCl3对线粒体生化活性的影响。结果表明,低浓度的LaCl3(<0.2mmol/L)对线粒体以α-酮戊二酸为底物的呼吸耗氧速率具有促进作用。当[LaCl3]≥0.2mmol/L时,呼吸耗氧速率减少,P/O值,Na+,K+-ATP酶活性及氧化磷酸化活性都明显降低。而线粒体呼吸控制无论低浓度还是较高浓度的LaCl3处理均比对照高。

Studies on the Effect of LaCl_3 on the Biochemical Activity of Mitochondria |

Abstract: | The Mitochondria were treated with various concentrations of LaCl3 to study the effect of LaCl3 on the biochemical activity of mitochonidria. The results showed that lower concentration of LaCl3 (<0.2mmol/L) could promote the respiratory rate of consumptive oxygen. When the concentrntion was ≥2mmol/L, the respiratory rate decreased. The ratio of P to O, the activity of Na+,K+ -ATPase and oxidative phosphorylation were abviously lower than contrast.The respiratory control of all treatments were higher than contrast. |
