| 摘 要： | 用甘草、芫荽和青蒿分别作为甜味剂、香味剂、苦味剂，在家兔日粮中分别按0．5％，10％和1．5％添加，历时4周。结果表明，甘草、芫荽的诱食效果好，但二者不宜同时添加到家兔日粮中；3种调味剂，以芫荽组总体效果最好，虽诱食性略低于甘草组，但增重速度与青蒿组相当，较对照组提高13．0％（P＜0．05）。

Effect of Condiment to Rabbit Feeding |

| Abstract: | In present study, licorice root, coriander and warmwood were used as sweet, flavorand bitter condiments in rabbit feed and their concentrations were 0. 5, 1. 0 and 1. 5% respectively. In the experiment which lasted for 4 weeks, 50 California rabbits were random classifiedinto 3 groups, group Ⅰ for 0. 5% licorice root, group Ⅱ for 1. 0 coriander and groupⅢ for1. 5% warmwood. The results showed that, condiments in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ had better effect toincrease feed consumption, but Licorice were not suitable to use at the same time. Among 3 experimental condiments, coriander, though its feed intake was a little lower than licorice root,demonstrated best effect in general. |
