| 摘 要： | 研究了两个羊肚菌种在6种栽培料上菌丝的生长情况和菌核的培养特征。结果表明,普通羊肚菌在菌丝生长和菌核形成方面都优于黑脉羊肚菌;以北芪渣为辅料的栽培料效果最佳,菌丝生长快,菌核形成多,其次是杨树根土和草木灰栽培料。

A Preliminary Study on Domestication and Cultivation of Morchella |

| Abstract: | This paper reports mycelia gowth states and sclerotia cultural characters of morel in six kinds of cultural materials. The results indicated that mycelial growth and sclerotia forming of M1 was better than M2. The best supplementary material was waste products of "Beiqi" mushroom, which led to fast mycelial growing and more sclerotia forming. Wood ash and poplar-root soil was better supplementary cultural materials. |
