摘    要:采用固体发酵法,将假单孢杆菌PKE117接种于巨尾桉、加拿大杨和长白落叶松三种木材样品上,28℃培养60d后用失重法测定这三种木材的降解率,结果分别为7.58%、17.15%和26.75%。证明该菌种具有降解木材的能力,而且降解长白落叶松的能力尤为突出。进一步采用元素分析、固相核磁扫描、红外扫描等手段对降解前后的样品进行分析,发现降解后样品结构变疏松,纤维素、半纤维素和木质素结构都被不同程度的降解,且木质素被降解的程度最高。分析表明,木质素中被降解的主要是愈创木基结构,降解途径是使苯环从连有甲氧基的地方发生断裂;此外由于杨木和桉木中愈创木基结构所占比例较小,因此造成杨木和桉木降解率相对较低。

Abstract:Pseudomonas PKE117 was used to degrade wood of Eucalyptus grandis,Populus Canadensis and Larix olgensis for 60 days,and the degradation ratios were 7.58%,17.15% and 26.75% respectively.It was proved that this bacteria had moderate ability of degrading Eucalyptus grandis and Populus Canadensis,while having extraordinary ability of degrading Larix olgensis.Comparing samples before and after degradation by elemental analysis,NIR and FITR,it was found that the structure of wood became looser after degradation,and the cellulose,hemi-cellulose and lignin were degraded by Pseudomonas PKE117 to different extent.Analysis suggested that the lignin being degraded were mainly guaicyl,the phenyl of which was decomposed at the position linked OCH3.The reason for which the degradation ratios of Eucalyptus grandis and Populus Canadensis were lower to that of Larix olgensis,was their lower ratios of guaicyl.
