摘    要:益蝽作为一种优良的天敌昆虫,在“以虫治虫”的生物防治中发挥着重要作用。在益蝽人工规模化繁殖过程中,为节约饲养空间,提高益蝽若虫存活率,本研究通过比较孵化盒与孵化笼对益蝽若虫存活率及不同规格饲养笼对益蝽若虫存活率差异。结果表明,孵化笼中放入3000粒和6000粒益蝽卵,3龄益蝽若虫存活率分别为75.31%和69.17%,相较孵化盒若虫存活率8.84%和4.44%均有显著提高;不同规格饲养笼放入相同数量的1龄益蝽若虫,孵化后大饲养笼的益蝽若虫存活率较小饲养笼的存活率显著增加。孵化笼可有效提高益蝽孵化率和益蝽低龄若虫的存活率,大饲养笼虽提高了益蝽若虫存活率,但小饲养笼可显著提升饲养空间的利用率,从而提升扩繁效率。

Effects of different incubation devices and different sizes of rearing cages on the survival rate of Picromerus lewisi

Abstract:As an excellent natural enemy insect, Picromerus lewisiScott plays an important role in the biological control of "pest control". In this paper, we compared the survival rate of the juvenile bugs in hatching boxes and cages and the survival rate of adult P. lewisi in different sizes of cages in order to save rearing space and improve the survival rate of juvenile and adult P. lewisi in the process of artificial expansion of? P. lewisi. The results showed that the survival rates of the 3rd instar stinkbugs were 75.31% and 69.17% when 3000 and 6000 eggs were placed in the incubation cages, respectively, both the survival rate of 8.84% and 4.44% compared to the incubation boxes showed a significant increase. After hatching, the survival rate of the same number of 1st instar stinkbugs in different size cages was significantly higher in the larger cages than in the smaller ones.The hatching cage can effectively improve the hatching rate and the survival rate of the low instars of P. lewisi. Although the large rearing cage improves the survival rate of P. lewisi, the small rearing cage can significantly improve the utilization of the rearing space, thus enhancing the expansion efficiency.
