摘    要:为探究水分亏缺胁迫对马铃薯块茎产量构成的影响,本试验以抗旱性强的BFL10、BFL12为试验材料,对不同水分胁迫状态下马铃薯各生育期的株高、分枝数、匍匐茎数量、单株结薯数、单株结薯重进行测定,结果表明:重度水分亏缺胁迫使株高等5个测定指标显著降低,轻度水分亏缺胁迫匍匐茎数量、单株结薯数量、单株大薯数量3个指标相比正常灌水条件下无显著性差异,而单株结薯重量和单株大薯重量在轻度水分亏缺胁迫条件下相比正常灌水条件显著性降低,推测轻度水分亏缺胁迫不影响结薯数量但影响薯块的膨大,重度水分亏缺影响了结薯的数量和薯块的膨大。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of water deficit stress on yield components of potato tubers, BFL10 and BFL12, which have high drought resistance, were used as experimental materials. The plant height, number of branches, number of stolons, number of tubers per plant and weight of tubers per plant were measured at different growth stages under different water stress. The results showed that severe water deficit stress significantly reduced the plant height and other 4 indexes, there was no significant difference in stolon number, number of tubers per plant and number of large tubers per plant under mild water deficit stress compared with normal irrigation condition, compared with normal irrigation condition, the weight of big tuber per plant and the weight of single tuber per plant were significantly decreased under light water deficit stress. It is inferred that light water deficit stress does not affect the number of tubers but the expansion of tubers, severe water deficit affected the number of tubers and the enlargement of tubers.
