| 摘 要： | ‘锦绣紫’是木芙蓉的一个优良品种,但在生产当中存在繁殖困难、繁殖系数低的问题,为了提高‘锦绣紫’的繁殖效率,本实验用不同浓度的IBA(吲哚丁酸)处理‘锦绣紫’插穗,探讨了IBA对‘锦绣紫’生根效率的影响。实验结果表明：适当浓度的IBA处理对‘锦绣紫’生根具有明显的促进作用,其中1200 mg/L处理的效果最佳,生根率达到93.33%,超过该浓度的处理表现出明显的抑制作用。

Effect of Different Concentrations of IBA Treatment on the Cutting Seedlings of Hibiscus mutabilis "jinxiuzi" |

| Abstract: | "Jinxiuzi" is an excellent variety of Hibiscus mutabilis, but there are some breeding difficulties and low breeding coefficient in production. In order to improve the breeding efficiency of "Jinxiuzi", this experiment used different concentrations of IBA (indindbutyl acid) to discuss the influence of IBA on the root efficiency of " Jinxiuzi ".The experimental results showed that the IBA treatment with appropriate concentration obviously promoted the rooting of " Jinxiuzi ", among which 1200 mg/L treatment had the best effect and the rooting rate reached 93.33%, and the treatment exceeding this concentration showed a significant inhibitory effect. |
