| 摘 要： | 高校办公自动化的实施,节约了办公成本,提高了工作效率,但办公人员的意识和计算机水平亟待提高,办公系统的安全问题令人担忧,针对现状,提出了解决的对策：转变思想,加强办公系统的开发和人才队伍的培养,制定完善的安全解决方案等。

| Abstract: | The implementation of office automation in university has saved the work cost and enhanced the working effciency.But the work personnel＇s consciousness and their computer level urgently need to be enhanced.Problems such as security in work system still exist.The writer puts forward some solutions in view of the present situation,such as transformation of the thought,development of the office system,training the personnel,formulation of the perfect safe solutions and so on. |
