| 摘 要： | 为了探明库源关系对杂交水稻根系及叶片衰老的影响效果，在水稻抽穗期，剪去穗部部分枝梗和叶片，形成不同的库源比，研究其与根系和叶片衰老的关系，结果表明，与汕优63相比，亚种间杂交水稻5460／广抗粳2号库源矛盾大，根系和叶片衰老快；降低库源比，能明显减缓其根系细胞分裂素含量的降低和^32P吸收的下降，并能减缓其叶片中蛋白质、叶绿素含量的下降和SOD活性的降低以及两二醛含量的升高，说明杂交水稻叶片和根系衰老与其库源比较大有关。

| Abstract: | The effects of sink source ratio on roots and leaves senescence was studied.The results show that the senescence of roots and leaves in hybrid rice is correlated with sink source ratio.Decreasing the sink source ratio significantly slows the decline of zeatin and zeatin riboside contents and 32 P absorption in roots and chlorophyll and protein contents in leaves, and slows the increase of malondialdehyde contents in leaves.Therefore decreasing the sink source ratio significantly slows the senescence of roots and leaves,vice vers.It indicats that the senescence of roots and leaves in hybrid rice is attributed to it's high sink source ratio. |
