| 摘 要： | 测定了11个品系昆虫病原线虫对光肩星天牛成虫和幼虫的防治效果。结果表明:Heterorhabditis sp.ZH品系线虫对光肩星天牛成虫和幼虫均有较高致病力,为最佳线虫品系。侵染10 d后成虫累计校正死亡率为94.59%,LT50为4.10 d;侵染光肩星天牛幼虫4 d后累计校正死亡率为100%,LT50为1.61 d。并测定了不同ZH品系线虫用量对光肩星天牛幼虫的致死能力,发现最优用量为3 500条/mL。

| Abstract: | The control effects of 11 strains of entomopathogenic nematodes on Anoplophora glabripennis(Motschulsky) adult and larvae were determined.Heterorhabditis sp.ZH which has strong virulence to both A.glabripennis adult and larvae was screened as the best strain.The corrected accumulative mortality of the adults was 94.59%,and LT50 value was 4.10 days;while the mortality of the larvae was 100%,and LT50 value was 1.61 days.The pathogenity of the Heterorhabditis sp.ZH at different concentrations to the A.glabripennis larvae was also determined.Results indicated that the optimum treatment was 3500 nematodes per milliliter. |
