Abstract:A study was conducted to identify hybrid larch progenies and their parents by ISSR markers using the early needles of Larix gmelini,L.olgensis,L.Kaempferi and their hybrid progenies as research materials.Result showed that the hybrids of L.gmelini × L.olgensis and L.kaempferi × L.olgensis could be identified with specific bands amplified by primer ISSR16 and ISSR19 respectively.When one parent was the same among different families,the possibility of the other parent could be calculated by amplified bands.Reciprocal cross families could be identified in terms of the appearance rate of target bands more than 80 percent.All the families could be classified into four kinds of hybrids at a genetic distance of 0.4,namely L.kaempferi × L.gmelini,L.kaempferi × L.olgensis,L.gmelini × L.olgensis and L.gmelini × L.kaempferi,which was consistent with the result of molecular markers.
