土壤干旱胁迫对二月兰幼苗生理特性的影响

摘    要:通过对二月兰盆栽幼苗的试验,分析测定了土壤干旱胁迫对二月兰幼苗生理特性的影响.结果表明:在土壤干旱胁迫过程中,随着胁迫时间的延长和胁迫程度的增加,二月兰叶片含水量、叶绿素质量分数均逐渐下降;MDA质量摩尔浓度、游离脯氨酸和蛋白质质量分数均有不同程度的增加;随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,超氧化物歧化酶活性呈先上升再下降的趋势....

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the physiological properties of Orychophragmus violaceus seedlings under soil drought stress.Results showed that the relative water content and chlorophyll content of leaves of O.violaceus gradually decreased with the prolonged and intensified drought stress,while the contents of malondialchehyche(MDA),proline and protein increased to some extent.The SOD activity first increased and then decreased with the intensified drought stress.After release from drought,the physiological indexes of leaves could return to the original level without drought stress.O.violaceus has good drought tolerance.
