含硝化抑制剂复合肥对西瓜 黄瓜产量和营养品质的影响

摘    要:采用田间试验研究了含硝化抑制剂3,4-二甲基吡唑磷酸盐(3,4-dimethylpyrazolephosphate,DMPP)复合肥(ENTEC,12-12-17)对西瓜(CitrulluslanatusM.)、黄瓜(CucumissativusL.)生长和品质的影响。结果表明,含DMPP复合肥可以显著提高西瓜、黄瓜产量,与对照(普通复合肥)相比,分别提高6.50%(浙蜜1号)、44.55%(浙蜜2号)、8.40%(津春4号),均达到了显著性水平。西瓜、黄瓜的硝酸盐含量与对照相比,分别降低了2.42%(浙蜜1号)、10.70%(浙蜜2号)、27.44%(津春4号)。西瓜、黄瓜的糖分、可溶性固形物、VC、氨基酸、N等含量都明显提高,从而提高了营养品质。从总的趋势来看,含DMPP复合肥在西瓜浙蜜2号上的施用效果优于浙蜜1号。

Abstract:The nitrification inhibitor(3,4-dimethylpyrazole phosphate,DMPP)offers advantages over Dicyandiamide(DCD) and nitrapyrin.However,little is known about effects of DMPP formulated with fertilizer on the growth and nutritional quality of crops until recently.A field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of new compound fertilizer(ENTEC,12-12-17) with DMPP on growth and nutritional quality of watermelon(Citrullus lanatus M.) and cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.).The results showed that ENTEC increased watermelon yield significantly by 6.50%(Zhemi 1),44.55%(Zhemi 2) and cucumber(Jinchu 4) yield by 8.40%.ENTEC also decreased nitrate content by 2.42%(Zhemi 1),10.70%(Zhemi 2) and cucumber(Jinchu 4) by 27.44%.In addition,ENTEC improved nutritional quality such as soluble sugar or solid,vitamin C,amino acid and N content in these two crops,but compared to conventional compound fertilizer(Control),different types of crops showed different responses to ENTEC,and ENTEC had better effect applied in Zhemi 2 than in Zhemi 1.Above all,this compound fertilizer with DMPP could effectively suppress conversion of NH 4 to NO-3 and had high rate of potassium,which may be the reason for ENTEC improving yield or nutritional quality.
